Our wooden tree houses and wooden climbing frames aren’t like any others and these towers with angled bridges are no exception. Built in squares they’re big, strong and chunky, lasting for many years, giving children hours of fun all the way from their early years to their teens.
They are so strong that even adults can use them. All the time. What’s more, all our wood is guaranteed for ten years too and is almost maintenance free for its entire lifetime. How’s that for value?
With such a beautiful view from the garden our customer wanted to take advantage of it and give their children a really fun play area. The perfect place was to the side of a newly installed decked area from where the adults could relax and keep an eye on the children. They fell in love with the idea of three towers with angled bridges connecting them all. On each tower was to be something fun or challenging to keep the children entertained, but what they really wanted was something unique for them.
We asked for a few photos of the area and we discovered a lovely green garden, however it was steeply sloped. In order to safely connect the towers because of the slope a tiered bridge solution was carefully designed bringing the towers together ending at the bottom tower with a fun monkey bar and swing set to take in the view across the valley.
The tallest tower sitting at the top of the slope provides so much fun with the stainless steel slide angled to take advantage of the long run off area of the garden. The gently angled cargo net offers an alternative way to clamber up to the tower rather than the ladder. The picnic bench under the tower is great for the family and friends tea party.
Connecting to the middle tower is a long steep walkway, be careful you don’t go to fast! This tower has the stainless steel fireman’s pole attached for a quick escape when being chased.
Off to the lower tower with fantastic views over the valley. A vertical climbing wall challenges you to reach the top as if you have conquered a cliff face climb. Kids love the challenge of a monkey bar set, and will see if they can swing from one side to the other, crossing the ‘crocodile infested waters’ as they swing across, Or there is a variety of swings for them to while away the day, swinging with their friends and family.
The partly enclosed den creates the perfect shelter space for storing their favourite outdoor toys or for those special bonding times with friends and family.
Whatever way you tackle this large play system, it is bound to use up the energy of even the most active kids. It’s the great outdoors.
