With a city location, our customer had very little space available but was looking to maximise it and create a personal, bespoke and action packed climbing frame system for her two children. Play tower, tight space? Why not!
At Gardenatics we are used to challenges and for this customer we faced on of our biggest challenges ever. Space available was tiny! Only slightly larger than one of our adventure towers. In addition, the ground was a patio area meaning that we could not create the usual foundations for the tower. Also, height was an issue and our customer requested a number of bespoke elements including a pulley system, sliding door and half height front wall.
Firstly, the space issue: we created a bespoke adventure tower that was small enough to fit into the space available and allow for a rock wall to be fitted on one side. We secured the tower to the patio area with hidden fixings to avoid any children hurting their feet on them. We hand built a sliding door and pulley system to the front of the tower and created a low level front wall and half height door too. All in all an amazingly compact build, but one which our customer was extremely happy with. In fact, she called us shortly after our team had finished to say how pleased she was with our work.
This climbing frame system was designed to our customer’s exact requirements in terms of layout, positioning and play elements. In addition, it featured a unique sliding door at the top of the tower to block access to the slide and a pulley system for bringing up important toys and supplies to the ‘top floor’.
All of the prices on the Gardenatics website take into
